Edited from aperson98's version, which was edited from fer619's version

MOVE CHANGES
-----------------
-Several animations are much faster (usually almost half the original speed)
-Garfield doesn't tire out when running

-Standing Medium/Strong Punch now makes the opponent fall down with 0 velocity
-Standing Kick sends opponent higher in the air, and has less horizontal velocity
-Nap now heals MUCH faster, but as a side effect, just tapping the B button will likely do nothing, so you must hold it down

-Jumping Light Punch has a pausetime of 7 instead of 8
-Jumping Medium/Strong Punch does the same thing as Standing Medium/Strong Punch
-Jumping Kick now sends the opponent downwards

-Crouching Medium/Strong punch hit count increased from 4 to 7
-Crouching Kick sends opponent high in the air at an almost completely vertical velocity

-Throw now lands 17 hits, plus a Hot Dog at the end that will likely land an 18th hit

-Hot Dog Throw's velocity has been changed from 4 (QCF + X) and 7 (QCF + Y) to 10 and 15 respectively
-This change also applies to Air Hot Dog Throw
-Drumstick Toss now moves diagonally upwards instead of in an arc (Well, technically it does move in an arc, but it goes too far offscreen for it to come back down)
-Hip Drop now throws 3 Hot Dogs at the start
-Odie Summon now enters much faster
-Odie Summon 1 (QCB + X) now moves straight forward when kicked and deals lots of damage
-Odie Summon 2 (QCB + Y) now finishes digging almost instantly, the projectiles now move less of a distance
-Jon Summon's projectile now has a horizontal velocity of 0.25, and deals 460 damage

-Super Kitty Combo now lands 20 hits (21 if you count the damage the opponent takes upon hitting the ground)
